This document outlines the Terms and Conditions for the Referral Program Promotional Offer (“Program”) administered by ThriveDX on behalf of and in collaboration with its Participating University Partners (specified below). Where applicable, these terms and conditions supersede other applicable policies, terms, and conditions.

Promotional Offer Amount
This is a limited-time offer. Eligible learners under this Program will receive $1,000.00 off of the regular cost of tuition for the Extended Program of any ThriveDX-powered Cybersecurity Professional Bootcamp or Software Development Bootcamp offered at a Participating University Partner. Offers do not include any processing or other administrative fees.

Eligibility
To be eligible under the Program, Learners must meet each of the following criteria:

• Learners must be enrolling in a ThriveDX-powered program at a Participating University Partner for the first-time;
• Learners must be referred on or after 10/23/2023 and entered into the Salesforce system as a referral (A manually entered lead that is provided the information from another student, advisor or employee of TDX/University; and
• enroll in the Extended Course of ThriveDX-powered Cybersecurity Professional Bootcamp or Software Development Bootcamp offered at any of the following University Partners: University of Central Florida, New Jersey Institute of Technology, California State University, Long Beach, University of Nevada, Las Vegas, University of Wisconsin-Madison, University of Florida, and University of Chicago (“Participating University Partners”).

Failure to maintain eligibility may result in forfeiture of any potential promotional offer. Participation in the Referral Program is voluntary, and any purchase or transaction with ThriveDX shall be deemed as acceptance of these Referral Program Terms.

Additional Criteria and Restrictions
Any promotional offers awarded under this program are non-transferable and may not be used by any other individual, do not have any cash value, are not offered for all programs, and may not be applied to future cohorts.

The Referral Discount can be availed only once by the Referral Recipient and cannot be used for any previous orders.
ThriveDX reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Referral Program Promotional Offer at any time, including but not limited to the number or availability of discounts, eligibility terms, and period.
