This document outlines the Terms and Conditions for the Learner Referral Instructor Incentive Program Promotional Offer (“Referral Program”) administered by ThriveDX on behalf of and in collaboration with its Participating University Partners (specified below). Where applicable, these terms and conditions supersede other applicable policies, terms, and conditions.
*Promotional Offer Amount
For each eligible prospective learner referred by an instructor employed by ThriveDX who successfully enrolls in and completes an Introductory Course (“Referred Learner”), the referring instructor will receive $250.00; if the referred learner then enrolls into the extended course and completes, at minimum, the first three sessions, the referring instructor will receive a second $250.00. If the university partner a prospect is enrolling in offers a referral discount, they will receive said discount.
*Eligibility
To be eligible under the Program, Referred Prospects must meet each of the following criteria:
- Referred Learner must be enrolling in a ThriveDX-powered introductory course via a Participating University Partner for the first time;
- Referred Learnermust be referred by an instructor who is actively employed by ThriveDX;
- Referred Learner must be referred after March 4th, 2024, entered into the Salesforce system as a referral (a manually entered lead that is provided the information from an Instructor of ThriveDX/University); and
- Complete the Introductory Course of one of the ThriveDX-powered Cybersecurity Professional Bootcamps offered at any of the following University Partners: University of Central Florida, University of Michigan, University of Colorado, Boulder, University of Miami, New Jersey Institute of Technology, San Diego State University, California State University, Long Beach, University of Nevada, Las Vegas, North Carolina State University, University of Wisconsin-Madison, University of Florida, and University of Chicago (“Participating University Partners”).
For referring instructors to be eligible for the second $250.00 incentive under the Program, Referred Prospects must:
- Enroll in the extended course and complete, at minimum, the first three sessions.
Failure to maintain eligibility may result in forfeiture of any potential promotional offer. Participation in the Referral Program is voluntary, and any purchase or transaction with ThriveDX shall be deemed as acceptance of these Referral Program Terms.
*Additional Criteria and Restrictions
Any promotional offers awarded under this program are non-transferable and may not be used by any other individual, and may not be applied to future cohorts.
The Referral Discount cannot be used retroactively or for any previous enrollments.
ThriveDX reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Referral Program at any time, including but not limited to the number or availability of discounts, eligibility terms, and period.
