ThriveDX, the global leader in cybersecurity and digital skills training, today announced it finished 2022 with record growth, on the heels of its $100M funding round which resulted in the formation of its enterprise suite to focus on solving Human Factor Security.
ThriveDX was officially formed in early 2022 out of the grouping of several top-tier cyber skills companies, including Cybint Cybersecurity Solutions, Lucy Security Awareness Training, and Kontra Application Security, all acquired by HackerU and rebranded to bring all of its solutions under one umbrella.
ThriveDX for Enterprise offers cybersecurity solutions for all sizes of enterprises with a 360° approach for human factor security relevant for cyber training for every position in the organization as well as cyber talent matching. Humans are the weakest link in the organization, contributing to 95% of all cyber attacks, which makes security awareness training crucial to all organizations. ThriveDX also offers application security training for developers and cybersecurity bootcamps to reskill new talent into the vacant 3.5 million open cybersecurity positions.
“We’ve been met with amazing demand from customers who recognize that the growing cyber skills gap is leading to increasing attacks,” said Roy Zur, CEO of the ThriveDX Enterprise Division. “We’re proud to provide solutions that are truly shifting security professionals’ ability to address risk across the entire enterprise and provide training to each of their employees.”
ThriveDX further expanded its customer base last year by 1,113%, creating a global imprint with clients in every major country. Further confirming the company’s position as best in the industry, for a second year in a row, ThriveDX conducted a 2022 Global Cybersecurity Awareness Training Study, with 1,900 CISOs where it indicated that 97% of respondents are convinced that cybersecurity awareness training leads to greater corporate security. Recognized in Frost & Sullivan’s Annual Security Awareness Training Market Report, validated ThriveDX’s products and vision.
In addition, ThriveDX expanded its global partner program in 2022, allowing distributors, system integrators, managed service providers (MSPs) and value added resellers (VARs) access to its high-caliber products and services. Since its launch last September, the company’s partner program has already grown by 300%, entered into 47 new territories and has added global and renowned partners including Exclusive Networks, Tech First Gulf, ACW Distribution, DT Asia Pte Ltd and others.
In support of its continued growth, ThriveDX grew its employee count by 400% in 2022 and the company continuing to hire including expanding its leadership team. Ben Kapon, a veteran technology marketing executive, was added as the Vice President of Marketing for the ThriveDX Enterprise division in late 2022 and the company recently acquired Steven Pelletier as its Vice President of Sales for the company’s North American Enterprise Division. Pelletier is an accomplished business operations and enterprise sales professional with more than 20 years of experience.
“Pushing ahead into 2023, our vision is to continue pioneering human factor security, upskilling the existing workforce and reskilling the future workforce,” said Zur. “In a world where cybersecurity attacks are only increasing, this type of solution is the only true way to mitigate human risk and cut down on successful attacks.”
