ThriveDX Cyber Security Bootcamp named one of Course Report’s Top Schools of 2024

ThriveDX was recently recognized among The Top 16 Best Cybersecurity Bootcamps of 2024 by Course Report. 

Course Report’s annual rankings take into consideration various factors, including alumni reviews, curriculum quality, job placement rates, and overall student satisfaction. As their website states, “Put simply, these are the 16 cyber security schools we would recommend to our own family and friends.”

These bootcamps excel at teaching the skills to become an analyst or engineer in the field including networking, system administration, threat management, compliance, SIEM administration as well as training towards taking certification exams such as the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and CompTIA Security+. 

Ranking Criteria

To be considered for the list, the bootcamps in 2024 must: 

• Offer an immersive (20+ hours) cyber security program. For this list, immersive means 20+ hours of class time per week for at least 8 weeks.
• Be instructor or mentor-led.
• Follow a curriculum that prepares students for CISSP, Security+, and GCIH exams.
• Provide career assistance.
• Graduated at least one cohort of students and be rated at least ★★★★ by alumni.
• Other attributes included reputable instructors and mentors, a commitment to diversity, transparent student outcomes, and scholarships or innovative payment plans.

The report highlighted how ThriveDX’s program prioritized, hands-on training from expert instructors as well as offering introductory 30 hour and mini courses to give students a chance to learn about cybersecurity prior to committing to the full program. Students in the program also receive career services support, including professional networking, interview training, internship placement assistance, and one-on-one consultations.
